The island of eternity is the most enduring motif of the Japanese garden. The stones were set by the team of the Tree Architects Club.

What it is
Hōrai is the mythical island of the immortals in the Chinese and Japanese tradition. In a garden it is shown as a group of stones or an island in a pond: a place that cannot be reached, but can be looked at.
How ours is made
On 13 September 2025 the team of the Tree Architects Club, together with Andrey Darusenkov and Irina Andrianova, set the stones of the island and shaped its trees.
